Delivery & Returns

All delivery charges in the UK are £5.00 per item.

For all deliveries to EU countries there is a charge of £15.00 per item.

Please normally allow 10 days from receipt of your order for delivery.

If you wish to exchange or return your purchase(s) please advise us by email info@high-peak-outdoor.co.uk or telephone within 7 days.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned goods without a “returns authorisation note” (RAN)

In the event of a manufacturing defect you will also require a RAN.

FitFeet UK reserves the right to inspect the product prior to either exchanging the goods or providing a refund.

Any goods returned to us will be at your own expense and must be returned (as new) and in the original packaging including the outer carton.

The provisions of the above do not affect your statutory rights.
